To make leveling easier, create class specific (yes annoying, that means 9 sets), of starter gear, then level 55 gear? then 95 gear? then 135 gear? then 175? then bring in tiers of armors?

IE : If you vote once you get 1 Voter Token, or you can choose to have a 50K Gold Bar ...
